10 Guests Qualify for Private Event Spaces

Not sure how many guests will attend? We understand. We do not require a guaranteed number of guests and menu confirmation until 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Please enjoy a private space for up to two hours. Pricing includes all food and tea beverages, white pressed linens, Royal Albert China place settings, gold chivari chairs, a private “necessary room” for second floor seating, fresh flowers on every table, and an event themed door hanger. Additional time may be reserved at a rate of $40/half hour. A cancelation fee of $100 applies when event space has been reserved and party cancels within 14 days of the scheduled date. Tax and gratuity will be applied to the menu pricing. Groups of 12 or more will be presented with one bill, it is permissible to apply a few credit cards for payment. Vegetarian and Gluten Free alterations can be made to accommodate guests with restrictions. Please scroll below for all preselected event menu options.

Polly Claire’s disallows outside food or beverage, cookies, cupcakes, glitter, candles (historic house rule), confetti, chewing gum, gooey or sticky candy, and outside professional entertainment including musicians. Bringing a cake? Any bakery cake is welcome and we are happy to help cut and serve on our china, $1.50/pp However, keep in mind that all event menu’s below already include dessert.
